** During the beta phase membership and usage of all FriendsToRent services is free of charge. Upon completion of the beta phase, a membership fee model will be introduced. The information concerning the introduction of the membership fee model will be provided two months in advance. If you decide the cost of membership is too expensive for you, you can cancel your membership during the beta phase without incurring any costs.

What is not allowed
You are not allowed to abuse FriendsToRent by using the platform as a means of providing sexual services of any kind. The provision of sexual services will lead to the immediate cancellation of members' accounts, see Policies.

Minors
Members under 18 years of age are specifically required to share with their parents or guardian the identity of, and any appointments with, unfamiliar people, thereby firstly gaining their consent, see safety recommendations.

Payroll
Each member is free to choose how they wish to offer their time, either for free or with a payment. Settlement takes place independently; FriendsToRent raises no fees nor receives any income from your individual earnings.

Interaction between members
The deal between members has an important influence on your “quality status”. Respect, politeness, civility and decency are all qualities that are prerequisite to becoming a member and remaining a member of FriendsToRent.

Suggestions and Complaints
We ask you to please send us your suggestions, requests or complaints by emailing . We strive to reply as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours.

Copyrights
Content published by you on FriendsToRent belongs to you and you can delete it at any time. FriendsToRent does not raise any copyright relating to this content. Your personal membership data is deleted when you so desire or upon your termination of your membership and is irrevocable, see Policies.
FriendsToRent will not distribute, publish or allow the upload of any copyright protected material or immaterial goods such as images, photos, videos, music, texts, logos or designs without the express written permission of the rightful owner.

Privacy
As a member of FriendsToRent you are a highly valued customer. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and never shared with a third party. To protect your identity, we generally recommend using an alias Nickname for your username - see Privacy Policy.

Members Profile
A complete profile, including your authentic photo, will substantially improve the probability of you selling your time. As members use FriendsToRent primarily to rent their time to other members, we recommend you register a full profile with photo in order to maximise your placement opportunities.
NB: Earning money above a statutory threshold even in your spare time is usually still subject to taxation. Please find out from your local tax office how much are the tax free thresholds and annual tax levels.
