www.friendstorent.com (referred to here as either " we", "our", “us” or “FriendsToRent”) aims to guarantee the data protection of all visitors to its website.

Collection of Personal Information
FriendsToRent maintains an online platform that allows its members to find other members with the same or similar interests. The Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between members and FriendsToRent.

** Payment information: for example Credit card number and passwords will be required after the beta phase.
** During the beta phase membership and usage of all FriendsToRent services is free of charge. Upon completion of the beta phase, a membership fee model will be introduced. The information concerning the introduction of the membership fee model will be provided two months in advance. If you decide the cost of membership is too expensive for you, you can cancel your membership during the beta phase without incurring any costs.
Demographic information
This includes information such as where you live, your postal zip code, gender, search process information, browser information, purchase information and information on the progress of your registration.
The demographic information is divided into two groups:
- "Not for public domain" such as your personal details, purchase information and content relating to the communication between you and other members of the site.
- "For public domain" such as the geo-location where you live.
The demographic information is used by us and others to be able to notify you of services from FriendsToRent, external offers and advertisements. Members who do not wish to receive any external offers and advertisements may indicate this in their profile settings.
The information will be stored for as long as it is required to fulfil the FriendsToRent services; after which the information will be deleted, except when the law requires that the information must be stored for longer.
Your IP address
The IP address as well as the website from which you came, are stored automatically. The data is used for statistical purposes and improvements to the FriendsToRent services.

Be careful when dealing with unknown sites, even when the URL or their services is referenced by FriendsToRent members. FriendsToRent examines all claims made by associated websites, however, is excluded from any liability for direct or consequential damages, for example, through the dissemination of malware (viruses, worms, trojans, etc.) that may result from using such referenced web sites.
Terminate each visit to FriendsToRent with the "log-out procedure" and then close the browser.
Keep the "Login information" always confidential and protected.
Inform us if your "Login Information" is lost or you have found it has been abused.
